The A.C. Clark & Company, produced a limited run of two models of dental cabinet around 1905. The Model A, of which this is an example, is purported to be one of only 250 made 

Made of oak, it features a rotating base, 23 mother of pearl pulls, 30 compartments of drawers, recessed shelving, and a towel bin.
